Made with Monastrell and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The Cabernet Sauvignon is aged separately for 3 months in American and French oak barrels.
With deep cherry red colour. Concentrated, dense, good aromatic intensity. Intense fruit, good ripen with fresh and sweet feeling . On the palate it has a very smooth beginning, enveloping, bodied and good balanced. Long and pleasant end.
Best enjoyed between 16º/ 18 ºC. Pairing with cheese and paté, all kind of meat, vegetables and rice.
