After a selection of our ungrafted Monastrell grapes, the wine spends 16 months in American (90%) and French oak (10%).
It is characterized by intense, jammy fruit and smooth, toasted aromas with a meaty, structured body and an inviting and persistent back palate which indicates a wine with a good life ahead of it.
