Bodega visits
This is where you will discover the philosophy of the Candela family, as well as a little bit about its history since the company’s beginnings in 1925. You will see the tanks in the cellar where you will also learn about various aspects of winemaking such as the separation of grapes at reception, different types of fermentation; you will also see the different parts of the cellar dedicated to barrel maturation, malolactic fermentation, bottling and packing.
