Tasting Notes:

Made from 10% Macabeo grapes and 90% Airen grapes. Clean fermentation at controlled temperature of 20ºC with selected yeats.

Subtle and elegant on the nose with a fresh fruit overtone, on the palate the wine shows good varietal expression with notes of apple and citrus.

Recommendations:

Best enjoyed between 7º/8ºC. Suitable for fish, seafood and Light dishes in general.
