Tasting Notes:
Made from 70% Monastrell grapes and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, with a long maceration at 25ºC, placed in American and French oak casks.
Boasting a fine, cherry colour, this wine has aromas of ripe summer fruits with toasted and vanilla notes; on the palate it is full and balanced with very good length of flavour.
Recommendations:
Best enjoyed between 16º/ 18 ºC
Suitable for all types of red meat, stews, rices, cheeses and pates.
