Tasting Notes:
Made from 100% Monastrell grape variety, with a maximum maceration temperature for a period of 18 days.
Selected from our best vineyards, this wine shows mature fruit aromas in nose. On palate is well balanced and full-bodied, with a persistence and good final taste. Fruity, freshly and lively due to its good acidity level, with pleasant and powerful tannins. Bright red cherry in colour.
Recommendations:
Best enjoyed between 15°C/18°C.
Ideal for all types of meat, cheeses and rice dishes.
