Tasting Notes:

Made from 100% Monastrell grapes. Clean fermentation at controlled temperature of 20ºC with
selected yeasts.

In nose it shows the variety grapes aromas, clean and pleasant with fruit overtones. Crystaline and bright. Tasty and pleasant in flavour with a persistent bouquet and good balanced acidity
level.

Recomendations:

Best enjoyed between 8º/10ºC. Suitable for rice, vegetables and white meats.
