Tasting Notes:
Wine elaborated with selected grapes of the varieties Merlot, Syrah and Tempranillo, with an average maceration of 18 days to temperature controlled and bottled after a rest of 6 months in stainless deposit.
Complex and clean, in nose it develops deep fruit aromas. On the palate it shows a good acidity level with rich tannins and with a excellent structure to grown up in the bottle. A vibrant red cherry colour with hints of violet, very clean and bright.
Recommendations:
Serve between: 14°/16°C.
Ideal for all types of meat, cheeses and rice dishes.
