Barahonda Summun 2006
Wine : Crianza Red
Year : 2007
D.O.: Yecla
Tasting Notes:
After a rigorous selection of our ungrafted Monastrell grapes, this wine receives a long maceration on its skins before resting for 10 months in French oak to help achieve its optimum, full texture. This wine is particularly special and attractive which is why we believe it deserves an innovative seal, a glass stopper to distinguish it.
It is characterized by intense, jammy fruit and smooth, toasted aromas with a meaty, structured body and an inviting and persistent back palate which indicates a wine with a good life ahead of it.
Recommendations:
Best enjoyed between 16º/ 18 ºC
Suitable for all types of red meat, stews, rices, cheeses and pates.
