Tasting Notes:
Selections of grapes 50% Monastrell and 50% Syrah, Tempranillo and Merlot.
Controlated temperature of maceration of 25 ºC.
The wine has a bright scarlet colour with ripe, red fruit aromas. On the palate it has freshness with good length and balance with warmth and structure; the tannins are smooth and elegant. Made from Monastrell, Syrah and Merlot grapes harvested at optimum ripeness.
Recommendations:
Best enjoyed between 15º and 18 C.
Ideal for all types of meat, cheeses and rice dishes.
