Tasting Notes:

Made from 100% Petit Verdot grapes. Scanty vineyards exist in Spain of this variety, which in spite of going a little time in our country gets acclimatized perfectly.

It is elaborated in inox vats by mended frequent diaries and softens for 30 days, later it goes on to new cask of French oak for 8 months, in bottle it sleeps four months more.
With powerful body and good weight of fruit, broad in nose and mouth, with a good tannin structure it proves to be velvet, smooth and with good acidity, great cleanliness and fragrance, predominating over the spice and menthol aromas with oak overtones. Brilliant red cherry colour

Best enjoyed between 16 º/18 ºC

Suitable for all kinds of red meat, stews, rices, cheeses and pâtés.
