Type of wine
Made from 100% Petit Verdot grapes. There are a few of this type of vineyard in Spain but despite of being not so long in our country, it is used to the area perfectly.
The winemaking process is carried out in stainless steel vats. It is pumped over every day and it is soften for 30 days. After that, it is kept in American oak barrels for 16 months.
Full-bodied and fruity wine, broad in nose and mouth, with a good tannin structure, smooth and with good acidity and fragrance. The spice and menthol aromas with oak hints predominate over. Brilliant red cherry colour.
Best enjoyed between 16 º/18 ºC. Pairing with all kinds of red meat, stews, rices, cheeses and patés
