El Consejo de Agricultura Ecológica de la Región de Murcia (Caerm) es una autoridad pública encargada de aplicar el sistema de control de la Agricultura Ecológica en nuestra Región.
Este órgano, es el encargado de aplicar el Sistema de Control establecido en el Reglamento CEE 2092/91, para la producción, transformación, envasado, comercialización e importación de países terceros, de productos agroalimentarios ecológicos.
Bio Suisse es una organización privada creada por la asociación de productores orgánicos de Suiza. Es un paraguas que agrupa a 32 asociaciones de agricultores orgánicos destacando dentro de sus miembros al Instituto de la Investigación de la Agricultura Orgánica Suizo.
La norma Bio Suisse certifica que los productos que se amparan bajo este sello cuentan con producciones completamente ecológicas, planes de uso de agua en zonas de escasos recursos hídricos y restricciones en el uso de cobre y azufre entre otras.
La V-Label es un símbolo reconocido internacionalmente para el etiquetado de productos y servicios veganos y vegetarianos. Con la V-Label, las empresas promueven la transparencia y la claridad. Los criterios estandarizados aseguran que la V-Label sea un sello único de calidad para los productos veganos y vegetarianos en toda Europa.
Nacen como una categoría de vino que permite identificar la variedad y añada sin necesidad de hacer referencia a su origen geográfico.
