The Council of Organic Agriculture of the Region of Murcia (Caerm) is a public authority in charge of applying the control system of Organic Agriculture in our Region.

This body is in charge of applying the Control System established in Regulation EEC 2092/91, for the production, transformation, packaging, marketing and import of organic food products from third countries.

Bio Suisse is a private organization created by the association of organic producers in Switzerland. It is an umbrella that brings together 32 associations of organic farmers, with the Swiss Organic Agriculture Research Institute standing out among its members.

The Bio Suisse standard certifies that the products covered by this seal have completely organic productions, water use plans in areas with scarce water resources and restrictions on the use of copper and sulfur, among others.

The V-Label is an internationally recognized symbol for the labeling of vegan and vegetarian products and services. With the V-Label, companies promote transparency and clarity. The standardized criteria ensure that the V-Label is a unique seal of quality for vegan and vegetarian products throughout Europe.

They are born as a category of wine that allows the variety and vintage to be identified without the need to refer to its geographical origin.

Without a doubt, varietal wines are an opportunity to improve the competitiveness and exports of processors and bottlers, since they will allow them to have a greater range of types of wine, making it more accessible for wineries to enter different market segments. In addition, it provides greater visibility to grape varieties in countries where D.O. they are not well known.
