Hemos creado un molde de silicona alimentaria con forma de nuez al que le introducimos manitol (tipo de edulcorante) con canela y cacao que al solidificar conseguimos las cáscaras de nueces miméticas. Este es el resultado.
We have created a walnut shaped silicone mould where we put some manitol (a kind of sweetener) with cinnamon and cocoa powder. When solidified, we get the perfect imitation to a walnut shell. This is the result.

Si hiciera una encuesta entre los consumidores y no consumidores de vino preguntando ¿Cuántas variedades de uvas conoces? Seguramente la respuesta no será ni la cuarta parte de las producidas en España. Si preguntara además ¿Cuál es la diferencia entre Champagne, Cava y espumoso? O ¿Qué uvas son las usadas para preparar un cava? ¿Sabrán la respuesta? No hablo de los que de una u otra manera
