Our Carro 2018, Campo Arriba Old Vines 2017, Barahonda Barrica 2017 and Barahonda Crianza 2016 wines, have been awarded a gold medal in the 25th edition of the MUNDUS VINI International Grand Wine Prize.

Because of the strict nature of Mundus Vini, the awarding of medals is limited to a maximum of 40 percent of the candidates and four of our wines have overcome this barrier spectacularly.

Overall, 164 jurors this year awarded 14 Grand Gold medals, 818 gold medals and 928 silver medals.

Barahonda wines awarded with a gold medal have been the following:

• Carro 2018.
• Campo Arriba Old Vines 2017.
• Barahonda Barrica 2017.
• Barahonda Crianza 2016.

In addition, this year the Parcelica Grande wine from Antonio Candela wineries, has been awarded a silver medal.
